Bread Baker Job Description

Mediterranean Bakery Inc. is seeking a skilled Bread Baker to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for baking high-quality bread and pastries to meet the demands of our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to produce a variety of bread and pastry products.
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by adhering to our quality control procedures.
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Previous experience in a bakery or related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with regular standing and lifting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Reliability and dependability are essential for this role.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with 37.5 hours of work per week. The language of work is English. The work setting is a large volume bakery.
