Marketing Communications Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a range of marketing resources and managing ongoing marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement
  • Manage and maintain the company's website and social media presence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts and achieve business objectives
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
  • Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing communications or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
