Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage timelines and deliverables within the team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Software Development: Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, operations staff, and peers to understand requirements and design software solutions that meet client needs.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop solutions using Python in an enterprise environment, leveraging AWS technologies such as Lambda, SNS, SQS, and S3.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Provide knowledge transfer to team members and support staff through application demos, walkthroughs, and documentation.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Experience in Python in an enterprise environment, covering the whole development life cycle.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills, strong client-facing skills, and ability to manage client expectations.
  • AWS Experience: Strong technical skills with AWS technologies such as Lambda, SNS, SQS, and S3.
  • Terraform Experience: Experience with Terraform.
  • Nice to Have: Strong technical skills in Java and capital markets domain experience.
