Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering design team, you will be responsible for managing technical aspects of various land development projects, coordinating with project personnel, and ensuring project quality and value.
Key Responsibilities- Manage technical aspects of land development projects, including subdivision and site plan projects.
- Coordinate technical issues with project personnel, direct design staff, and work with project managers and administration to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure project quality and value, and provide innovative solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Support business development and networking opportunities to drive growth and success.
- Collaborate with the Manager, Design Services and Project Managers to improve product quality and streamline internal processes.
- 7+ years of experience, with 3+ years as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registered in Ontario.
- Familiarity with local design standards, MECP guidelines, and other applicable legislation and standards.
- Strong technical skills in municipal design and construction, sewer design, roads, and stormwater management.
- Proven experience in design reviews, with excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication, with proven managerial abilities and good organizational skills.
