About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at Aarorn Technologies Inc. as a Technical Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to develop Website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures: Develop and implement policies and procedures for information systems, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective budget management.
  • Establish and Implement Policies and Procedures: Research and evaluate various interactive media software products to recommend the best solutions for our clients.
  • Consult with Clients: Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Lead and Coordinate Teams: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in Internet, image editing software, HTML editing software, Website creation and management software, software development, MS Office, MS Windows, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, HTML, data analysis and interpretation, CSS, and desktop applications.
  • Area of Work Experience: Design.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, and sitting.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, initiative, judgement, organized, team player, and dependability.
