Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Tdot Coders. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • User Training: Provide training and guidance to users on how to use our systems and services effectively.
  • Log Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions to ensure that technical information is readily available to other support analysts.
  • System Support: Provide support for business systems, networks, and Internet services to ensure seamless operation.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
