French Teacher/Tutor Wanted

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic French speaker to join our team as a part-time French teacher/tutor/coach at Oxford Learning Richmond Hill North. As a French language instructor, you will play a key role in helping students develop their self-confidence and self-esteem by providing personalized support and guidance in a small group setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching up to 3 students at a time at different levels
  • Following the Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies
  • Filling in post-lesson notes
  • Completing daily student communication updates
  • Maintaining a friendly and professional manner at all times

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar certification in a relevant field
  • Fourth year university students with extensive tutoring experience will be considered
  • Teaching certification an asset
  • Good knowledge of the current Grades 9-12 French core curriculum

Working Hours:

  • Evenings: Monday and Wednesday 4pm - 8pm
  • Saturdays: 9am - 1pm
