Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorizing returns and sales of merchandise.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Team Management: Hire, train, and develop sales staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
