We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automobile Sales Specialist to join our team at Yellowknife Motors. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers, discussing their automotive needs and preferences
  • Provide expert advice on various vehicle models, features, and pricing
  • Prepare and present sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Operate computerized inventory management systems, maintaining up-to-date records
  • Assist with vehicle preparation, including cleaning and merchandising
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate sales records
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
