Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Guest Services: Handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain basic security clearance, undergo a criminal record check, driver's validity license check, and provide references as required.
  • Transportation and Travel: Travel expenses are not paid by the employer, and public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar field.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
