Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at Express Employment Professionals. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for providing accounting services to our clients, including financial statement preparation, tax planning, and audit support.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Provide tax planning and preparation services to clients, including corporate and personal tax returns.
- Assist with audit support, including preparing and reviewing working papers and financial statements.
- Supervise and train junior staff accountants to ensure high-quality work and efficient workflow.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and tax laws to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- 2-5 years of experience as a CPA (CFE qualified) in a small to mid-sized accounting firm.
- Experience in supervising and training junior staff accountants.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, including ASPE and GAAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and staff.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
