Director of Nursing Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing Operations to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our nursing and clinics teams, ensuring that we deliver high-quality services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational plans to ensure the effective management of nursing and clinics teams;
- Collaborate with senior management to establish strategic goals and objectives for the team;
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions;
- Provide leadership and guidance to Business Area Managers and team members to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to deliver their roles effectively;
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our operations are aligned with the latest standards and regulations;
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies;
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively;
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our operations are aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent;
- Registration with the Provincial College of Nurses;
- Minimum 5-10 years of nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a management role;
- Strong business and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and resource management;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex problems;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Valid, non-expired driver's license.
