Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Regional Sales Representative to join our team at Lennox International. As a key member of our Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for achieving individual revenue goals and executing strategies to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify, pursue, and close opportunities for Commercial customers from various sources, including proactive outreach, inbound requests, and SQLs from Inside Lead Gen.
  • Develop strategies for assigned customer lists, seeking to revitalize dormant relationships and uncover high-potential accounts.
  • Leverage overlay product specialists to unlock expansion opportunities and monitor customer market spend and relationship with Lennox.
  • Coordinate with Territory Managers to ensure smooth handoffs of customers graduating from Inside to Field coverage.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of inside sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales/Marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Basic user knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with CRM tools.
