Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Sales Ambassador to engage with potential clients over the phone, providing them with detailed information about our photography experience and guiding them through the booking process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Develop meaningful relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Information Provision: Offer comprehensive information about our photography experience, highlighting its unique value proposition.
  • Booking Management: Secure bookings by effectively communicating the benefits of our artistic photography and addressing any concerns clients may have.
  • Target Achievement: Meet set targets and quotas to ensure our studios are fully booked, contributing to the overall success of Nuovo Artistic Photography.
  • Upselling: Present and sell add-on beauty services, such as makeup and hair-styling, to enhance the overall photography experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in over-the-phone sales, preferably in a target-driven environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a knack for building rapport over the phone.
  • Ability to understand and convey the unique value proposition of Nuovo Artistic Photography.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluent oral and written communication in English and Spanish.
