Job Description:

Role Summary:

The Residential Property Coordinator will play a vital role in assisting the Residential Property Management team at our Rental Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with tenants and service providers
  • Support various functions of Residential Property Management
  • Process requests for documentation such as letters, notices, and memos
  • Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely repairs
  • Prepare necessary reports and documentation
  • Ensure properties are effectively managed and well-maintained

Requirements:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
- Prior experience in Residential Property Management is preferred
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Familiarity with the Residential Tenancy Act is advantageous
- Flexible availability for work schedule
