Position Overview:
As a Digital Experience Coordinator at Spccard, you will be instrumental in facilitating a smooth and enriching membership journey for students throughout Canada. This diverse role encompasses customer support, project management assistance, quality assurance, testing, and collaboration with technical teams. Additionally, you will engage in various tasks such as research, quality evaluation, reporting, and exploring new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support (60%)
  • Engage with digital membership users to address questions, resolve challenges, and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Deliver prompt and effective responses through multiple communication channels.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive experience for customers.
2. Project Management Assistance (10%)
  • Support the rollout of digital membership features and updates.
  • Assist project managers in coordinating tasks, timelines, and documentation.
  • Contribute to the successful implementation of digital initiatives by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
3. Quality Assurance and Technical Support (20%)
  • Perform comprehensive quality assurance testing on digital platforms, identifying and documenting any issues.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
  • Provide assistance during the development and rollout of new features.
4. Additional Responsibilities (10%)
