This role encompasses various aspects of the business, including leasing storage and parking spaces, leading a team, assisting with facility upkeep, overseeing on-site projects, and fostering positive relationships with clients.
Compensation begins at $18.00/hour plus potential bonuses.
Key Responsibilities of the Retail Operations Supervisor
- Leasing storage units
- Drafting rental agreements
- Managing financial transactions and banking operations
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all products and services
- Ensuring the property maintains its visual appeal
- Possessing reliable transportation, a valid Driver's License, and current auto insurance
- Completion of a background check is mandatory
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by management
