Job Description

**Job Summary**

Vitalité Health Network seeks a highly skilled and experienced Infirmier Clinicien to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating a multidisciplinary team, providing a range of services to clients of all ages, and promoting a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive services to clients.
  • Develop and implement educational programs on medication management and healthy lifestyle habits.
  • Stay up-to-date on new medications and treatments, and communicate this information to team members.
  • Participate in medical evaluations and provide advanced nursing techniques.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to the clinical team, and coordinate clinical services.
  • Ensure that clients receive a high level of care and support.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures, and participate in committees and working groups.
  • Provide training and education to employees and community partners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and partners.

Requirements

  • Member in good standing with the Association des infirmières et infirmiers du Nouveau-Brunswick.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • At least five years of clinical experience.
  • Applied training in ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training).
  • Ability to develop effective partnerships with community resources.
  • Ability to provide group sessions to clients.
  • Strong knowledge of computer software.
  • Creativity and innovation.
  • Safe clinical judgment and analytical reasoning.
  • Leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to use personal vehicle for work purposes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform job duties.
  • Strong work history (performance and attendance).
  • Adherence to professional ethics, Vitalité Health Network's management philosophy, and organizational values.
  • Respect for confidentiality and Vitalité Health Network's rules.
