About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team at Heartee Foods, a dynamic and rapidly expanding company in the food industry. As an Intermediate Software Developer, you will play a critical role in developing and enhancing our internal software systems with a strong focus on AI integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop AI-Integrated Software Systems: Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement AI-powered features that interact with our existing systems, including CRM, inventory management, learning management systems (LMS), waste management, logistics, and more.
  • Build and Maintain AI Agents: Develop internal AI agents that interact with and process our data across various systems, ensuring seamless integration with new AI technologies.
  • Translate Business Requirements into Scalable Software Solutions: Work closely with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
  • Optimize and Maintain Existing Systems: Ensure that our existing systems are optimized and maintained to work seamlessly with new AI technologies, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
  • Participate in Code Reviews and Testing: Collaborate with our development team to participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Qualifications
  • 3+ Years of Experience in Software Development: Proven experience in software development with a focus on backend and frontend technologies, including NodeJS and React.
  • AI Integration Experience: Experience with AI integration, specifically with Large Language Models (LLMs) and API-driven AI services like OpenAI.
  • Database Management Skills: Solid understanding of database management with MySQL.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Experience: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS EC2.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Experience: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control using GitHub.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the Food Industry: Experience working in the food industry or other rapidly growing sectors.
  • AI Interfaces and Systems Experience: Familiarity with AI interfaces, CRM, inventory management, and logistics systems.
