We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team at Belron Canada. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding and documenting business processes, identifying needs, and translating those needs into technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and document existing business processes and Business Intelligence needs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Business Requirements Documents, Functional Requirements Documents, and other relevant documents.
- Collaborate with business teams and technical teams to design and deploy effective Business Intelligence solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Analyze and resolve Business Intelligence-related issues.
- Participate in the collection and analysis of data necessary for defining and evolving our Business Intelligence products.
- Manage the demand process from needs definition to change implementation, including functional analysis and testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence.
- 3-6 years of professional experience in BI business analysis.
- Mastery of data warehousing modeling, ETL, and DataLake concepts.
- Experience in developing Business Intelligence solutions in Microsoft environments (SQL Server, SSIS, Power BI, Azure).
- Knowledge of SnowFlake and AWS SDLF.
- Knowledge of the DevOps approach.
- Previous experience in a Scrum team for structuring Business Intelligence projects.
- Demonstrates initiative and innovation.
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal relations, communication, and teaching skills.
- Excellent writing skills with proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.
