About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Quality Control Assessor to join our team at HUB Warranty. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of construction on our clients' projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site reviews of new homes and buildings during construction to ensure compliance with quality construction standards and building codes.
  • Evaluate the quality of construction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical construction expertise to our claims department.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, their trades, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Travel to construction sites in your company-supplied vehicle, with occasional travel out of the geographical region.
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience in residential construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction procedures, methods, techniques, and building codes.
  • Ability to drive and maintain a valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Construction Science, or a related field.
  • Red Seal Carpenter certificate or a Journeyperson trade would be an asset.
