Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role or equivalent experience
- Evaluate children's developmental milestones to design personalized learning plans.
- Provide care for infants and toddlers, including bathing, diapering, and feeding.
- Develop and execute childcare programs that enhance the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
- Maintain and organize daycare equipment to ensure a safe play environment.
- Lead engaging activities such as storytelling, singing, and excursions to local attractions.
- Encourage creativity through various mediums including art, music, and physical activities.
- Facilitate activities that promote learning and development through crafts and interactive play.
- Assist children in establishing healthy habits related to eating, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Prepare nutritious snacks and arrange spaces for meals and rest periods.
- Monitor children for any signs of learning or behavioral challenges and document observations for parents and supervisors.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues and community service providers.
- Ensure a nurturing environment that prioritizes the health, safety, and well-being of all children.
- CPR Certification required
- Completion of a vulnerable sector check is mandatory
