Position Overview

As a Patient Care Assistant at On Time Healthcare Inc., you will play a vital role in providing compassionate support to patients in a healthcare setting. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the comfort and well-being of those in your care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vital Signs Monitoring: Regularly check and record patients' blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Meal Assistance: Serve meal trays and assist patients with eating as needed.
  • Patient Mobility: Weigh, lift, turn, and position patients safely.
  • Room Maintenance: Make beds and keep patients' rooms tidy and organized.
  • Personal Care: Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Transportation: Safely transport patients using wheelchairs or stretchers.
  • Emergency Response: Provide first aid in case of emergencies.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Work Environment

This position requires attention to detail and a strong focus on client needs. Flexibility in working hours is essential, with an expectation of approximately 35 hours per week.
