We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chocolate Production Supervisor to join our team at Rocky Mountain Chocolate. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our chocolate production process, from raw material receipt to finished product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
  • Monitor and control the quality of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Train and develop production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a production or supervisory role in the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
