Cashier Job Description

SUNFOOD MARKET INC. is seeking a skilled Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Inventory Management: Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
