Technical Documentation Manager and Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Documentation Manager and Writer to join our team at beBee Professionals in Mississauga. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and other related documents.
  • Develop and maintain style guides and standards for technical documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of technical documents through thorough editing and proofreading.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and relevance of technical documents.
  • Develop and maintain templates for technical documents and a library of technical documents.
  • Implement a system for tracking changes to technical documents and version control.
  • Develop and maintain a system for archiving and distributing technical documents.
  • Track customer feedback and support requests related to technical documents.
