Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Seafood Preparer to join our team at Shin Grand Food Trading Ltd. as a key member of our production staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Preparation: Cut, clean, and trim fish or seafood prior to marketing or further processing, ensuring high-quality products.
  • Quality Control: Check products and packaging for defects and ensure conformance to company standards, performing corrective machine adjustments as required.
  • Machine Operation: Set up and operate machines to can, bag, box, or otherwise package fish and seafood products, as well as clean, cut, cook, smoke, brine, dehydrate, or otherwise process fish or seafood products.
  • Record Keeping: Record production information accurately and efficiently.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Clean machines and immediate work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
