The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facility Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a Facility Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our PSP facilities. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, managing access to the facility, answering customer inquiries, and patrolling the facility to ensure rules and regulations are being followed and equipment and facilities are safe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clientele
  • Ensure the safety and security of our clients
  • Manage facility access and maintain accurate records
  • Patrol the facility to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • An acceptable combination of education, training, and experience
  • Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification
  • Experience working in a similar environment
  • Strong client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork, and leadership skills

Language Requirements

English is essential, with bilingualism (English and French) being an asset.
