Job Summary

We are seeking a Recreation Attendant to join our team at the Best Western Plus Norwester Hotel & Conference Centre. As a Recreation Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our recreational facilities and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Maintain Recreational Facilities
    • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of our recreational facilities, including swimming pools, fitness centers, and game rooms.
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
    • Interact with guests and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all.
    • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
