We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the success of our projects, working closely with our project managers and teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure project goals are met.
  • Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to project stakeholders, including project updates, status reports, and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
