Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable individual to join our team at RAM PAINTING LTD as a Painter Helper. This role involves assisting our painters with various tasks, including loading and unloading materials, mixing and applying paints, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials as needed
  • Mix and apply paints, as well as other materials, according to instructions
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining equipment and tools
  • Help to ensure a safe and clean work environment, including cleaning up spills and debris
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leaders
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and perform manual labour
  • Good hand-eye coordination and ability to follow instructions
  • Reliability and flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a regular schedule of 32-40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, with a focus on safety and quality.
