Position Overview

The role of the Life Enrichment Coordinator at Premium Caulking Inc. involves overseeing and enhancing the recreational and fitness activities within the organization. This position is essential for promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among participants.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Instruct and demonstrate various athletic, fitness, or sports activities and techniques.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of activities.
  • Organize and schedule recreational events and activities.
  • Supervise and train staff involved in recreational programs.
  • Assist in coordinating fitness and sports events.
  • Lead and engage groups and individuals in leisure programs.
  • Plan and execute a variety of recreational, fitness, and sports activities.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on activities and participation.
  • Apply principles of group dynamics in program delivery.
  • Provide lifestyle awareness and health information.
  • Conduct therapeutic recreational or athletic activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
