Pharmacist (Part-Time) - FreshCo

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team at FreshCo in Chilliwack, British Columbia. As a Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient-centered care and exceeding patients' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient counselling and education on new therapies, tailoring to the needs and concerns of each patient.
- Initiate care plans, follow up, and complete proper documentation.
- Participate in professional programs and collaborate with colleagues to provide excellence in health & wellness services.
- Actively engage in all areas of Fusion to ensure patients experience seamless care and a consistent pharmacy experience.
- Ensure prescription safety and prioritize technical functions to Pharmacy Registered Technicians and Assistants as required.
- Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy practice, regulatory requirements, and industry trends/developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- Must be a Licensed Pharmacist, in good standing, in the province of responsibility.
- Injection and First Aid Certification.
- Kroll software experience is preferred.

FreshCo and its franchise partners offer competitive compensation packages that will vary by role, location, and store ownership. The salary range for this position in British Columbia is $51.48 - $57.20.
