Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Department Head to join our team at Groupe Polygon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of internal software and leading a team of 10 talented individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations/Project Management (33%)
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all development activities and align the project roadmap with organizational objectives.
    • Effectively prioritize workload and manage complex projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • Personnel Management (33%)
    • Provide guidance and coaching to team members through regular feedback and performance evaluations.
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a highly skilled development team.
  • Internal Client Management (33%)
    • Collaborate with internal clients to understand their needs and develop software solutions that meet their requirements.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
