Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Management Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our inventory and managing discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify daily and weekly inventory counts in our distribution centers and branches;
  • Balance inventory accounts;
  • Ensure the accuracy of inventory and manage discrepancies;
  • Respond to inventory-related requests from various departments;
  • Perform other related tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Understand the concept of inventory balancing;
  • Proficient in using various technological tools (e.g., Teams, Excel, Power BI);
  • Demonstrate a team-oriented spirit;
  • Have strong organizational and prioritization skills;
  • Be adaptable and able to work under pressure;
  • Be proactive, autonomous, responsible, and detail-oriented.
