Job Title: Executive Director

Podium Catchers Consultant Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization in achieving its strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and representing the organization in official functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Executive Director will work in a fast-paced environment, managing events, conducting performance reviews, and supervising 5-10 people. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and have a strong attention to detail.
