Job Title: Nanny

We are seeking a reliable and caring Nanny to join our team at Sushma Kavikondala. As a Nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and supervision to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the family
  • Supervise and care for children, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare
  • Flexibility, judgement, and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions:
  • Non-smoking environment
  • Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis
  • Work in employer's/client's home
Security and Safety:

  • Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) weight handling
