About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nail Care Specialist to join our team at First Nails. As a Nail Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Services: Provide custom nail designs, apply and remove artificial nails and nail art, clean, trim, and polish nails, and offer gel and acrylic nail extensions.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by scheduling and confirming appointments, performing cashiering duties, and providing manicures and pedicures.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and provide exceptional service to clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Work Environment

As a Nail Care Specialist at First Nails, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be required to work in a salon setting, providing services to clients and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
