Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at TECHNOVATE IT SOLUTIONS INC.

Job Description:

The User Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and other technology-related issues. This includes:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues
  • Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems and software
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for future reference
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
