Farm Worker

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Farm Worker to join our team at GN Fruit Grower. As a Farm Worker, you will be responsible for planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops, as well as operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Plant, Cultivate, and Irrigate Crops: Plant and maintain blueberry crops, ensuring optimal growth and yield.
- Operate and Maintain Farm Machinery and Equipment: Operate and maintain farm equipment, including tractors, plows, and irrigation systems.
- Assist with Harvesting and Packing: Assist with harvesting and packing blueberries for market.
As a Farm Worker, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on producing high-quality crops. You will be working outdoors, in all weather conditions, and will be required to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 50 hours per week.
