We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Shamrock Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of 1-2 staff members, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide excellent service to our guests.
- Assist Guests with Special Needs: Provide assistance to guests with special needs, ensuring that their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Coordinate Administrative Services: Plan, organize, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
- Requisition Materials and Supplies: Order and manage the requisition of materials and supplies to ensure that our facilities are well-stocked and maintained.
- Work under Pressure: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.

- Permanent Position: This is a permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week.
