**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Construction Labourer to join our team at Holcim in the Greater Vancouver Area. As a key member of our Road Construction Team, you will play a vital role in constructing transportation arteries, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Perform pre and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and equipment safety.
  • Conduct minor maintenance tasks on trucks and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Verify grades and ensure accurate measurements.
  • Clean up construction sites and perform labor duties as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
  • Experience in checking grades is an asset.
  • Experience hauling trailers is a plus.
  • Knowledge of construction principles and practices is beneficial.

**What We're Looking For:**

  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to exercise sound judgment and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically fit and able to perform tasks that require crouching, bending, lifting, and kneeling.

**Note:** A pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing and a criminal record check, may be required for this position.
