Total Credit Recovery Limited is a reputable collection agency with a strong presence in the industry. As we continue to expand our operations, we are embarking on a digital transformation journey, including a significant migration to the cloud. We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology team and ensure our infrastructure supports our continued growth and evolving business needs.

Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role in our office. Ideally, you are a university graduate in a related field with 8-12 years of experience leading change in the IT sphere.

Key Responsibilities

The CTO will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall technology strategy, with a particular focus on our transition to the cloud, strengthening cybersecurity, and driving innovation. The successful candidate will work closely with the executive team, report directly to the COO, and lead a team of IT professionals to ensure the company's technology infrastructure and processes align with business goals.

Key Components of the Role

Hands-On Involvement:

  1. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices, particularly in data security and privacy.
  2. Identify and mitigate technology risks to ensure the highest levels of uptime and security.
  3. Manage technology budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  4. Lead the IT team in managing day-to-day technology operations, ensuring system availability, reliability, and performance.
  5. Collaborate with other executives to support business objectives through technology solutions.

Forward Thinking:

  1. Develop and execute the company's technology strategy, with a focus on cloud migration, security, and scalability.
  2. Drive innovation by keeping up with emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  3. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new systems and software, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Requirements for the Role

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. Strong experience in cloud infrastructure, cloud migration, and cybersecurity.
  3. Expertise in IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration.
  4. Experience managing and leading technology teams.
  5. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
