The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Software Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions that support our core business functions. You will have the opportunity to work with talented colleagues on challenging projects that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Python and other relevant technologies.
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of software deliverables through rigorous testing and code reviews.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve our development processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in backend software development with a strong focus on Python.
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
