Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products and services, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving business growth and revenue
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, assisting with inventory management and stock control
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, showcasing products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, attending training sessions and workshops as required
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role
  • Knowledge of paint and paint-related products
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
