We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Caregiver to join our team at Heide Manangan, Marilou Manangan. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a home setting.
Responsibilities:- Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Discipline children according to the methods requested by parents, promoting positive behavior and development.
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, fostering a sense of responsibility and independence.
- Organize activities such as games and outings for children, encouraging socialization and fun.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary needs and preferences.
- Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing comfort and support when needed.
- Efficient interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with children and parents.
- Excellent oral communication skills to effectively convey information and needs.
- Organized and reliable, with a strong attention to detail.
This is a permanent position, working 30-44 hours per week. The work language is English.
