About the Role

Limen Masonry 2013 Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Carpentry Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of carpentry components on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of carpenters to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate and manage the installation of carpentry components, including framing, roofing, and finishing work.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure that projects are completed within budget.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry practices and building codes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and coordinate with other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to work on construction sites and lift heavy materials.
