  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and review food order summaries for the chef.
  • Supervise the delivery of food trolleys and ensure timely service.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment or restaurant.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Client focus, flexibility, and teamwork are essential for this role.
