Transportation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Supervisor to join our team at Majha Wala Transportation Inc.
Job Summary:The Transportation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and preparing and submitting reports. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational efficiency
- Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring timely and effective execution of tasks
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve organizational goals
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and circumstances
