The College of New Caledonia is seeking a part-time instructor to teach in the Early Childhood Care and Learning program. This role will involve delivering online instruction and contributing to the development of our students.

Key Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in a related Human Services field is preferred; a Bachelor's degree in Human Services with relevant experience and qualifications will also be considered.
  • Eligibility for licensing as an Early Childhood Educator in BC is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an early childhood setting, with a focus on inclusive practices, is necessary.
  • Recent experience teaching adults is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills are essential.
  • A deep understanding of community resources and a commitment to innovative teaching methodologies are highly valued.
